6. Any and all federal, provincial, and local laws apply to all contests.

 

7. Winner’s voice or likeness may be used in conjunction with recorded announcements or outside advertising for the Station. Winners may be recorded and played back on-air. Winners consent to all such usage.

 

8. The contest organizers, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to permanently ban any contestant who uses profanity or makes derogatory statements on-air from participating in any future contests.

 

9. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning unless otherwise noted.

 

10. The rights of the Station under these rules will not be prejudiced or restricted by any waiver extended to a winner or contestant and no waiver by the Station of any breach of these rules and regulations will operate as a waiver in respect of any subsequent breach.

 

11. In the case of ballot entry contests, if the ballot form is illegible, a new form will be drawn.

 

12. Ballots must be filled out by the actual person entering to win the contest. No substitutions. If it is determined that the ballot was filled out by another person, a new ballot will be drawn.

 

13. By participating in any contests, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the promotion.

 

14. The Station makes no warranties regarding the safety, condition, or fitness of any prizes awarded, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by a winner through the use of any awarded prize.

 

15. The Station reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at their sole discretion. Request for substitution by a winner who is unable to accept or use a prize is not permitted.
